Lease Holders required compliance to the Licence of Occupancy which states:
1.01 To be eligible for the grant of this License and for the continuation of this License, the Lease Holder shall:
1.01.1 Be a member or regular attendee in good standing of a church affiliated with The Pentecostal Assemblies of Canada or the Assemblies of God, USA.
1.01.2 Present to the Camp Office upon request, a letter of reference from the Pastor of their church confirming their good standing.
1.01.3 Exhibit, and ensure those occupying the Cottage or RV exhibit, positive Christian conduct and refrain from all activities and behavior unbecoming a mature Christian, including those more specifically set forth in this Schedule “A”;
1.01.4 Support the mission statement of Sunnyside Camp;
1.01.5 Support the Camp spiritually, philosophically, and financially for the life of this agreement through active participation in the Sunnyside Community.
1.01.6 Be at least eighteen (18) years of age; and
1.01.7 Have no outstanding violations with regard to cottage, RV, and/or lot development.
